When You Feel Like
You’ve Reached the End of Yourself
Sometimes insight isn't enough.
You may understand your patterns, know what you should do differently, and still find yourself returning to the same places.
Therapy can offer a space to understand what may be keeping you stuck and begin exploring a different way forward.
I believe people are more than symptoms, diagnoses, or difficult seasons of life.
Therapy can offer space to better understand yourself within the context of your relationships, experiences, environment, and the larger picture of your life, while exploring changes that feel sustainable and aligned with what matters to you.
Growth often unfolds gradually through greater awareness, intentional choices, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Therapy for the Whole Person
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and earned my Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College in New York City. My clinical experience includes working in outpatient mental health settings with adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, life transitions, and long-standing emotional patterns.
I began my clinical work supporting veterans and their families through the Department of Veterans Affairs before going on to provide outpatient therapy to adults across a broad range of concerns. These experiences, along with my training as a social worker, have taught me to remain curious about the experiences that have shaped each person and the ways they have learned to navigate their lives.
My own faith journey has also shaped my belief that people are more than their circumstances. Many people are searching not only for relief from symptoms, but for meaning, purpose, and a deeper understanding of who they are. For clients who desire it, therapy with me can be a space to explore these questions.
Over the years, one thing has remained consistent: I value slowing down enough to genuinely understand people’s stories. I believe meaningful therapeutic work begins with trust, collaboration, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences honestly.
